WATCH BOX OFFICE MOVIES FOR FREE
Disney officially acquired 20th Century Fox a few weeks ago, and the epoch previously has been filled past theorizing and doubt a propos what the complex might hold. It's currently indistinct past the X-Men will pop in the works in the larger MCU, although fans are eager to look the iconic team interact past Earth's Mightiest Heroes. while it looks past it could understand years, Marvel's Kevin Feige does seem ablaze virtually the concept of bringing Professor X and company to the behemoth franchise. As he recently explained:
The specifics of what it means remains to be seen, but overall its fantastic and it feels past these characters have come home. It will be kind to have what every supplementary [intellectual property] holder that I can think of has, which is admission to every their IP. Imagine if Donald Duck was at unusual studio. Imagine if Goofy or Moana were someplace else and you didnt have admission to them even while they are yours.
While Disney's acquisition of Fox may end the X-Men franchise as we know it, Kevin Feige does make a point. Marvel's gang of mutants are beloved characters from the page, and the comics have always featured crossovers past supplementary heroes. Now that can come to excitement upon the big screen, as the Marvel property has the potential to member the MCU.
Kevin Feige's interpretation to Variety should engross the hardcore Marvel fans, even if they're going to miss 20th Century Fox's X-Men franchise. The X-Men franchise may have started previously shared universes became upon trend, but their confiscation from the MCU still always felt strange. Hugh Jackman's long tenure as Wolverine finished previously crossovers could ever occur, and Earth's Mightiest Heroes certainly could have used the X-Men's back up during their major conflicts.
But now that Disney officially has admission to Marvel's mutants, one has to admiration if/when they could eventually member the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It feels past a good epoch to acquire a supplementary cast of characters, as many of the OG heroes are coming to the end of their contracts past Avengers: Endgame. As such, Marvel Studios is presumably going to need to put more growth in newer characters past Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Doctor Strange. And extra in the X-Men might be a good showing off to keep the MCU filled out, and ripe for more epic crossover events.
For now, Disney's plans for the X-Men are unclear. But the titular team will compensation to theaters past Dark Phoenix arrives upon June 7th. In the meantime, check out our 2019 forgiveness list to plot your bordering trip to the movies.
